Medieval Names Archive is intended for gamers, but if you are medieval hobbyist, it has fascinating details about areas you might not know anything about. At least, I didn’t know anything about them.

There are lists from the Chola Kingdom of India, Romany names from Wallachia and Moldavia, and a discussion of names appropriate for a Roman father-Gothic mother late fourth century…. Those are just the ones I was looking at.
